About Judo
Judo is a Martial Art and Sport developed in 1882 by Jigoro Kano.
Judoka learn to throw their opponent to the ground using various throws. They also learn various ways of holding, choking, and arm locking opponents.
People of all ages can practice Judo for self defence or recreational purposes. For competitive students, there is opportunity to take part in tournaments geared toward all skill and experience levels.
